Verify Eligibility
Ensure that the items are unopened, in their original packaging, and are not classified as perishable goods or final sale items.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in a sturdy shipping box and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
